Lisa Goggin has served as managing director of business operations at HepQuant since 2009. In this role, she is responsible for project management, risk management, partner relations and oversees the legal, finance, human resources and accounting departments.

Ms. Goggin possesses more than 30 years of experience in risk management and business cost controls. She has in-depth experience with insurance coverage analysis in a large variety of industries including medical devices, aviation, construction, real estate, and manufacturing. Concurrently, she serves as Managing Director of Risk and Human Resources at Republic Financial Corporation, a Denver-based private investment firm and an investor in HepQuant.

Formerly, Ms. Goggin was Director of Risk Management at Broe Companies, a privately held investment firm with holdings in medical products manufacturing, commercial real estate, and assisted living communities. During her tenure at The Broe Companies, she formed a single parent captive insurance company, for which she served as President and Director.  She has also served in risk management /account executive roles at Aon Risk Services and Lockton Companies.

Ms. Goggin is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and an MBA from Regis University in Denver.
