Nancy Dugan joined HepQuant in October 2021 with a unique combination of healthcare and executive administrative experience, plus expertise in departmental workflows, operational efficiencies, training, and team-building.

Ms. Dugan most recently served as Intake Manager at AccentCare, Inc., a Dallas-based nationwide leader in post-acute healthcare with care models covering the full continuum from personal, non-medical care to skilled nursing, rehabilitation, palliative care, hospice, and care management. In this role, she was instrumental in managing hospital portals and coordinating information flow with clients, family members, physicians, referral sources, and facility staff. Prior to AccentCare, she served as Charge Nurse for Southern Pointe Living Center in Colbert, OK, where she provided nursing care for residents and managed a team of Certified Nursing Aids.

Additionally, Ms. Dugan has executive administrative experience with mortgage, software and luxury jewelry retail companies.  She earned her Associate of Arts Degree from Brooks College in Long Beach, CA and is a Licensed Practical Nurse in Oklahoma.
