HepQuant Achieves College of American Pathologists (CAP) Accreditation
Demonstrating Commitment to Laboratory Excellence
Denver, CO – June 8, 2026 – HepQuant, a leader in developing noninvasive, blood-based, quantitative testing to assess liver health, announced that its laboratory has achieved accreditation from the College of American Pathologists (CAP), recognizing HepQuant’s commitment to the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance in laboratory medicine.
CAP accreditation is considered the gold standard in clinical laboratory accreditation and is widely recognized by leading hospitals and healthcare institutions as the most rigorous choice for ensuring high-quality laboratory services and patient care. The accreditation process involves a comprehensive inspection program designed to verify excellence across laboratory operations, quality systems, personnel qualifications, and testing procedures.
“Achieving CAP accreditation is an important milestone for HepQuant and a testament to the exceptional work of our laboratory, quality, and operations teams,” stated Dr. Gregory T. Everson, Chief Executive Officer of HepQuant. “This recognition reinforces our commitment to delivering the highest standard of quality as we continue advancing liver health assessment to support clinicians and improve patient care.”
